Subprocessors

AiroDental uses the third-party subprocessors below to provide its services. Some of them handle practice or patient data, including protected health information, under the Business Associate Agreement and applicable data-protection terms. This list may change. AiroDental keeps it current and provides notice of a new subprocessor as required.

1. Payment Subprocessors

  • Third-party payment processors: merchant onboarding, payment processing, and settlement. The processor that applies to your practice is shown during payment activation and in your payment settings.

2. Infrastructure and Platform Subprocessors

  • Supabase: managed PostgreSQL database hosting for application and practice data.
  • Vercel: application hosting and delivery for the AiroDental web applications.
  • Microsoft Azure: hosting for the AiroDental voice services.

3. Communications and AI Subprocessors

  • Telnyx: voice (SIP) and SMS telephony for the Laine front desk.
  • OpenAI: AI models that power real-time voice and other assistant features.
  • Google (Gemini): AI models that power SMS engagement features.

4. Analytics Subprocessors

  • PostHog: product analytics for AiroDental applications.

5. Changes

AiroDental keeps this page current as subprocessors are added or removed. The effective date and version appear at the top of this page, and prior versions are archived so a practice can see the subprocessors in effect on a given date. Questions: [email protected].
