9.    AIRO Dental was founded by Dr. Lon Peckham who has been serving the dental needs of the Inland Northwest since 1986.  Dr. Peckham attended dental school in Portland, Oregon at the Oregon Health Sciences University - School of Dentistry and since then has continued to enhance his education with experts from around the globe.  His special interest is in solving complex dental issues resulting in teeth that look beautiful, feel great, last a life time, and support you overall health as well.  He pioneered the use of operating microscopes for general dental treatment here in the Inland Empire and founded the Inland Northwest Pankey Study Group for advanced dental education, as well as the Northwest School of Dental Arts.  Dr. Peckham is one of a small distinguished percentage who has invested in postgraduate training at one of the world’s premiere continuing education institutes, The Pankey Institute.  Dentists trained there concentrate on developing the special skills required to solve the most complex of dental problems.   After hearing about your concerns, your opinions, and your needs, our dental team will help you achieve the results you desire:  teeth that look good, feel good, and will last a long, long time!

EXCLUSIVE CONFIDENCE

10.    To those patients who commit to an AIRO Comprehensive Minimal Dental (CMD) care plan, Dr. Peckham makes the following exclusive promise:

i.    If any of our porcelain restorations (including crowns, bridges, fillings, and veneers) break within 5 years of their initial placement date, we will replace or repair them at no additional charge.
ii.    If any of our gold restorations (including crowns, bridges, and fillings) break within 10 years of their initial placement date, we will replace or repair them at no additional charge.
iii.    If any of our composite resin or amalgam restorations (including crowns and fillings) break under normal use within 2 years of their initial placement date, we will replace or repair them at no additional charge.
iv.    If any of our removable Premium Dentures or Partials (excluding temporary “flippers” ) break under normal use within 2 years of their initial placement, we will repair or replace them at no additional charge.
v.    If any of our implants fail or break within 2 years of initial placement, we will replace or repair them at no additional charge.

Dr. Peckham can make this unusual promise because AIRO CMD^TM is specifically designed for maximum comfort and longevity.  It is also a plan that requires complete patient cooperation.  Therefore this promise only applies to those who:

i.    Maintain uninterrupted membership in our practice;
ii.    Keep all prescribed continuing care appointments, with no appointment varying more than 30 days from our recommended schedule;
iii.    Keep their account current;
iv.    Have all recommended treatments performed by Dr. Peckham.

This promise does not include anything not mentioned above, including but not limited to breakage or decay of teeth, temporary restorations, root canal therapy, periodontal treatment, night guards and TMJ therapy, desensitization, nor does it include damage caused by neglect, trauma, or improper use (e.g., clenching, grinding, chewing ice, or biting non-food items).
